Coordinate all day-to-day supply management and procurement operations to maintain supplier diversity for all schools and departments within the Minneapolis Public Schools (MPS), and related systems. Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and vendors based on prevailing market rates. Expertise with UpNet diversity tracking software and Novatus contract management system. Serve as a community liaison on behalf of MPS. Design and instituted an effective Supplier Diversity Plan for all business units. Evaluates and reviews all submitted RFPs, RFBs, RFIs, and RFXs.
