Mr. Adrian Moga joined the Sabratha project as one of the first batch of operator intakes for the offshore pre-commissioning, commissioning and start up. I found him to be a willing, inquiring and proactive person in the many task that he was given. For example he set up and implemented the PSV testing programme to a sucessful conclusion and will within the given deadline.

It was such achievements that ear marked him for a more responsible position within the team and so when a position of Production Supervisor became vacant, he was the first choice for filling the job.

He has fulfilled and passed my expectations in the position of Production Supervisor by showing leadership, in depth knoledge and understanding of the production operation, a positive aptitude in the application of safety matters and a positive atitude in obtaining the skills to become an active member of the emergency response team.

I would not hesitate to hiring him again should the opportunity arise on a future project.
