- Competently entering data on Resort system Software from the first entry of the local purchase order, followed by entering purchases data upon receiving all relevant data from the supplier.
- Coordinating with the logistics department regarding the dispatched shipment and providing details about time of arrival.
- Extracting the shipment entry order document from the system to authorize the logistics department to receive the shipment and enter it to our store.
- Creating reservation orders and client’s sales orders to be approved by management team.

- Organize travel and meeting arrangements along with itineraries for reference as well as overseeing hotel accommodation reservations.
- Created numerous filling procedure documents for company employees as well as periodically checking file documents to ensure there are no missing documents and that filing is done correctly.
