8.MSAN SW upgrades from existing release to Intermediate and Final release to the next way of NE SW release

·From Access Element Manager & Alcatel AWS (Sun Solaris & TL1) agent workstations and GUI clients supporting field commissioning Engr to integrate MSAN-V (Data & NGN-Voice) & MSAN-SDH [IPLAG For NB & ISAM for BB & IP application] Alcatel IPDSLAM for DSL and configurations for DSL service profile, IPTV, IGMP configurations in Alcatel ISAMS, and familiar to coordinate with IP-MPLS networks team, perform Pre-PAT and updating NPTS database, As per notifications perform Final PAT with subcontractors and STC-DDC representatives and reporting. Very familiar within STC depts. DNOC, RNOC,CPMO, IT, DNOS, NMS Servers for Integration coordination.
·WIMAX Systems Integration, Installation & Testing, Integration Wimax Access system [Red Line Equipments] and Planning, Installation, configuration, optimization, activation of CPE equipments and for Saudi Telecom Awarded Project (Red line).
·Activation and deactivation upgrading and trouble shooting of Wimax Circuits.
·Maintain Activation and Assignment Inbox’s As per Activation request coordinate with IP team (DNOC) to provide VLAN IP parameter to Customer
·Define or activate VLAN ID in Cisco 3750 Switch. As per customer router MAC address and VLAN ID to provision for CPE remotely
·Remotely login the 3750 switch and confirmed customer router visibility
·Coordinate with IP team and end to end test for confirming service flow and other network configuration confirmation
·Coordinate with DNOC Customer service rep. and open tickets for trouble shooting both internal ( STC -O & M) and external ( Lucent)
·Coordinate with customers and Vendors Confirm the activation Circuit design with originally installed CPE (Login the SC and confirm the stability and all information’s mentioned in design)As per DDC Engrs. (Dist. O & M) request from new BTS site with Vendors (Lucent) perform the PAT (Confirm the Alarms, SYNC, site Name, SC #, Date & Time etc.
