Engineering Graduated student under the program of Industrial Engineering and Engineering management from University of Sharjah (UOS), holding UAE Driving License and Employment Transferable Visa. Possessing a current work experience as an Operations Improvement (Process Development)/Industrial Engineer and recently. With additional to 2+ years of UAE professional & academic experience as QHSE Engineer at ADNIP Group, Production Engineer (University Senior Graduation Requirement) and QA/QC Intern (University Internship Program Requirement).

Development system, policies and procedures for monitoring and evaluating the performance of the various administrative units and mechanisms to improve the services provided in the municipality and its affiliates.


Responsible for development an execution of plan to deliver process performance improvements related to Quality, Delivery, and Cost of Quality Losses.


Sustains business improvement results through the application of Lean, Six Sigma, ME2, Do It Right, and other continuous improvement methodologies (DMAIC).

4Supervision and follow-up work on the preparation and development of standard operating procedures effective for all municipal operations and its affiliates and the simplification of procedures for the services they offer and reviewed and updated constantly and computerization in coordination with the various administrative units
5Preparation of plans for field visits to ensure proper application of regulations, policies, procedures and standards related to quality in the municipality and its affiliates . Leverages process knowledge to identify opportunities / solutions to improve throughput capacity by reducing impact of constraints using tools such as (SWOT Analysis)
