2014(Apr)-Present: Viscus Infotech

As Head of Client Relations my role is to manage customers post sale and be the focal point (SPOC) between sales, project management, service delivery, marketing & all facets of the organization. Responsible for getting recurring business from existing clients, drive projects, help ensure successful delivery and ensure customer's issues/needs reach the right solution.

2011(Sep)-2014(April): Hungama Digital Media Entertainment Pvt Ltd.

My primary role was to head the Project Management Initiative of Hungama.com. My role was to drive projects/programs and deliver projects to clients as well as setup the project management process, project planning tools, methodologies, manage PM's and cross function stakeholders for successful delivery. Additionally i headed the Product Management for BUZZTOP an infotainment platform in partnership with Intel.

2005(Nov)-2011(Sep): Sify Technologies Limited

My primary role was to head the Project Management Initiative for Sify's Messaging Business as well as the Program Management initiative of Sify's Connectivity Business. Additionally i headed the Product Management for Sify's Corporate Email Services Vertical as well.

2000(May)-2005(Oct): International Rectifier Corporation USA (IR Infotech) - Now Infineion

My primary role was to manage IT projects for IR both in India & at international locations.
