Assisting in manufacturing of various range of Newsprint papers for domestic & exports market like Impact Newsprint, Impact Super Newsprint & customised newsprint paper for high speed & moderate printing. Managing the dealer and channel sales operations for achieving the sales target. Establishing healthy business relations with dealers & publishers for securing repeat business & long term loyalty and working towards solving their queries and complaints efficiently and appointing new Direct Dealers or Sales Person. Building & maintaining relationship with new clients/publishers and ensuring year to year business growth Developing sales strategies for achieving targets through aggressive sales promotion schemes, advertising and dealer incentives etc. to maintain market leadership over competitors Conceptualizing strategic new product development plans for a product or product line through market research, competitive analysis, pricing, customer engagement and business planning. Collating information on product performance, market presence and brand position vis vis competition in liaison with market research & consulting agencies Evaluating & implementing processes for identifying, evaluating & selecting potential suppliers and negotiating favorable business terms & service level agreements Identifying, developing & nurturing new market segments for launch of products, thereby enhancing profitability Reviewing & interpreting the competition & market information to finetune the marketing strategies Directing, designing & implementing a comprehensive product marketing plan including establishing business plans, competitive strategy development, pricing analysis, sales/revenue forecasts, product launches in market, analysis of distribution/channel issues and inventory management Handle Newspaper publisher complaints during real time press trials and thereby analyse the reasons prior forwarding to QC for corrective & preventive action.
