- Gather literature, facts and statistics related to use of complementary and integrated medicine
- Determined the role of inflammation associated molecules in growth and development of prostate cancer
- Conducted marine drug discovery and development project with special emphases on anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer activity.
- Perform laboratory management duties, maintaining research safety manuals and inventories as per federal occupational, chemical and radiation safety guidelines.
Technique Skills acquired: Mammalian cell culture, flow cytometry, confocal microscopy, q-PCR, ELISA (cytokines & secretary proteins), protein microarray.
