•Project lead: Quantitative competitor benchmarking project. This survey tracked a range of market competitive trends such as NPS, channel, relationship manager, brand awareness and advertising performance.
•Project lead: Qualitative ad hoc research that used consumer insights to redesign the bank's business current account. I led the research design and methodology of this project, resulting in a series of focus groups that allowed me to explore a range of price elasticities and reward features for this product, culminating in a new product launch.
•Project lead: Qualitative ad hoc research that used consumer insight to re-develop the bank's business mobile banking app. I managed the design and research methodology aspects of this project, which led to a series of user experience testing sessions, culminating in a new product launch.
