I'm a current executive Masters student in Behavioural Science who is deeply interested in the impact that cultural, social and technological trends play in influencing consumer and decision behaviour. •Project lead: Quantitative competitor benchmarking project. This survey tracked a range of market competitive trends such as NPS, channel, relationship manager, brand awareness and advertising performance. 

•Project lead: Qualitative ad hoc research that used consumer insights to redesign the bank's business current account. I led the research design and methodology of this project, resulting in a series of focus groups that allowed me to explore a range of price elasticities and reward features for this product, culminating in a new product launch.

•Project lead: Qualitative ad hoc research that used consumer insight to re-develop the bank's business mobile banking app. I managed the design and research methodology aspects of this project, which led to a series of user experience testing sessions, culminating in a new product launch.

Created monthly trends report for the US, APAC, LATAM and EMEA regions, which showed the bank's traded product volumes and employee headcount costs.

This information was used to build a storyboard narrative of performance in the business, which was used to predict future performance.

Presented findings to senior management to drive consensus around future hiring activity in the firm.  


Entrepreneurship. I recently formed a team to develop a mobile app that rounds up credit and debit contactless card transactions to the nearest penny, so that they can be donated to charity every time a user swipes/touches their card.

Technological trends. I am deeply fascinated in the intersect of technology and human behaviour, with a particular interest in virtual reality technology. I believe VR will be an indispensable tool for marketers to allow consumers to more fully engage with their brands.

Learning. I’m a believer in continual self-development and like to regularly attend events where I can discuss and form new ideas with like-minded people. I regularly attend various monthly networking events in behavioural economics, technology, entrepreneurship and virtual reality.
