I specialize in bringing Order to chaos, and why not? My favorite aspect of product management is to find real problems, brainstorm over multiple possible solutions (along with my team of key users, architects, and data analysts) and prepare sketches to visualize the final solution. Cactus Communications - Ranked 1st in India’s Great Mid-Size Workplaces in 2017, $50 million in yearly revenue

Chalking the product roadmap based on Editage's Customer for Life - Vision 2020, while leading the product design, development requirements, analytics, and product marketing across Editage’s primary markets China, Japan, Korea, and ROW

  • Launched Eva - The multi-lingual Chatbot built in-house for RoW and JPY markets to instantly resolve repetitive Customer queries, resulting in 83% positive feedbacks from Customers and 23% increase in CS productivity.
  • Ideated the concept of collecting Customer Intelligence from the experiences of Client-facing teamsSegmented clients based on collected data and implemented strategies to enhance CX, leading to ~5% increase in QoQ repeat rate.
  • Collaborated with multiple cross-functional teams to revamp the CRM system, resulting in a 37% increase in efficiency of the system users across Cactus.
  • Led the new service launch for a Corporate client thus helping us receive 36% more business and INR 2 million more revenue in each quarter.
  • Launched the new service quality feedback forms increasing feedback collection rate by ~16% across markets and services and customer retention rate by 43%
  • Awarded 'Best Team of the Quarter' for exceeding Q2 quarterly goals for the team.

  • Working towards launching Eva (chatbot) in CHN and KOR, along with new features such as broadcast, integration via. WeChat/Line/Kakao to increase Customer retention across each market by 10% and further reduce the operational load by 20%.
  • Build Prospect Workflow Management System to empower CS team with real-time Prospect data, with an aim to increase new client acquisition by 10-15%.
  • Launch a semantic search based Journal Selector tool, to enable researchers to find the best-suited journals, with the goal of receiving 500+ registrations per month.

  • Ideated and developed Occupational Health module for 1.5 million+ users at key Customer locations across US, EU, and South America, which further helped the business generate an additional revenue of INR 3 Cr. YoY. 
  • Led agile-based enhancements of other key modules such as Incident Management, Audit Managment and Activity Management, to provide upgrade options to  the Customers that further helped in increasing revenues due to upgrades by 19%
  • Visited Customer sites across the US for understanding the User Experience, Product Expectations and final User sign-off on Product plans

  • Led the revamp of ProcessMAP Safety suite with flat design principles and intuitive  navigation to cater to the growing need for clean, clutter-free and minimalist UX, thereby increasing system-user efficiency  by ~27%
  • Ideated & developed Behavior-based Safety module in compliance with the HSA guidelines, as part of ProcessMAP Safety suite, with the adoption rate of 65% of the existing user-base and ~ INR 0.75 Cr. in additional revenues YoY.

  • Played a pivotal role in closing 4 new deals and upselling the product solution to 2 existing clients, exceeding yearly sales target by 20%
  • Generated 150 leads with a lead-to-opportunity rate of 22% through cold calls and highly focused sales campaigns
