oManaging the whole projects kingdom wide in 8 branches, 12 showrooms and over 260,000 sq. warehouses.

oSuccess in getting the giant projects in the KSA like Housing Projects (12500 villas)

oDeveloped and delivered the company vision, strategy and directions as a complete business solution to sell the timeshare units to all Muslims worldwide.

oProfit level control through direct and indirect sales through channels, partners and freelancers.

oReporting full business data and SWOT analysis for the owners and converting this into sales operations.

oMaximizing market share, achieve and exceed targets and develop sales growth and offering new future business opportunities.

o Monitoring the customer care division to keep customer satisfaction level at the highest level.

oSupporting the entire sales teams’ kingdom wide (63 sales executives, 3 sales managers, 4 Industry managers) with prices, products’ information, training, pre-sales requirements…etc.

oAnalyze the local market to support sales with competitors’ details.

oMonitor the governmental tenders which represent 80% of our business.

oPreparing new products launching events in coordination with vendors.

oDevelop and deliver business plan for the whole year.

oParticipate in the development and the execution of marketing campaigns.

Summary

The old proverb says” CHANGE IS THE MOTHER OF NATURE”. In fact we are a part of this nature so we have to be part of that change and we have to make it. Sometimes a man should ask himself what I am doing but the successful one asks what I am going to do?. Thank God, I am related to the second group whom asks every day ”What is Next?” and ‘What should I do to make the change?

I am Amir Megahed who is a sales veteran whom worked in sales since 1988 in very early age. I saw myself in sales & marketing industry and where I believe that I have been born to sell. Of course, this was a great journey full of hard work but on the other hand, it gave me a great success.

I have worked in my home country, Egypt, for 6 years and starts from 1994 I am working in Saudi Arabia. Passing by different types of industries and in different levels but most of them were in Multi-National Companies which gave me the right path to success and the standards of business.
