Amie Gbujama’s 15-plus years of Information Technology experience has included positions and assignments with a variety of leading companies, including America Online, Information Gateways, ACS Government Solutions, TAC Worldwide, and MCI. Amie Gbujama’s knowledge of project management, systems analysis, and business analysis complements a well-rounded management background that allows her to initiate strategic business solutions that satisfy complex customer needs.
Amie Gbujama is equipped with Level 3+ Certified Problem Solving Skills as defined by the Software Engineering Institute’s (SEI) Capability Maturity Model (CMM), as well as Masters Certifications in Managing Information Technology Products, Scheduling Costs and Control, and Risk Management from The George Washington University in Washington, DC.
Amie Gbujama was a recent recipient of the National Institute of Health’s elite Director’s Award and is a two time winner of the National Institute of Health’s Award of Merit. Both awards stemmed from Amie Sidique’s efforts with the NIH at Information Gateways.
From 2006 to the present, Amie Gbujama has been the Lead Analyst responsible for requirements analysis and developing software requirements specifications documentation for the NIH Ethics office. Aside from her Analyst expertise, Amie Gbujama has held the position of Manager of Requirements and Implementation, Technical Tools and Environment at the American Red Cross National Headquarters, where she was responsible for the functional requirements development, implementation and maintenance of mission critical systems and applications within the ARC Growth and Integrated Development Department.
While serving with Souza, Inc early in her career, Amie Gbujama provided management consulting services for the technical re-engineering of the Farm Loan Compliance and Eligibility initiative at the USDA as a Management Consultant and Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) Analyst. This would eventually become one of the first chapters in Amie Gbujama’s multifaceted body of work with both government agencies and technology firms, which has helped create a diverse and highly-valued career.
