Auto-caller System
  • Desktop system developed to inform the On-call engineers of the critical alerts that related to that engineer group
  • The system is initiating a voice call to the engineer  cellphone and read the alert message to him then the system will send an email with full details of the alert to the engineer email and his group.
  • The system has a flexible criteria designer which allows the user to create a dynamic alert criteria to initiate the call.

Credentials Management System

  • Any credential can be shared securely by providing the URL to anybody and no one will see this credential unless he has access to view or modify it.
  • The system has a disaster recovery function which is splitting the credentials backup into two files and share them with two Information Security staff and those files are encrypted and can’t be decrypted unless they combined and the encryption key provided.
Operational Readiness “OR” Automation
  • Multiple automation flows checking the prerequisites such as (Reachability, Ports, Services, etc.) to ensure the Servers or network devices are ready to be in production phase.
  • Automating the OR Health checks significantly saving the time and decreasing the effort spent by doing these checks manually.
  • Automate the Operating System checklist to ensure the server is ready for the selective function.
Operational Readiness Management System
  • Web application designed and developed to manage and automate the daily basis operations which performed by the Operational Readiness team and it includes:
    • Manage the data sheets that include the servers and network devices information and the prerequisites for each of them.
    • Provide multiple features to run the Health checks and prerequisites for the managed servers and network devices by just few clicks.
    • Track the different actions done for all the managed Servers and network devices.
    • Provide a Gap Analysis section which compares the servers and network devices raw data with different data stores to decrease the Gap between these sources.
SCCM Third Party Tools Automating
  • Automate the operation of deploying a third "Non-Microsoft" product which includes:

1- Check and Downloding the latest update from the vendor automatically.

2- Create a full package and deployment in SCCM.
