- Develop and execute marketing plan.
- Develop annual marketing calendar including, activities, promotion, media & budget.
- Product development: develop a product launching plan with launching calendar, packaging sizes and designs, & sales forecast.
- Developing new positioning strategy & new brands structure.
- Develop & manage all communication for both Business to Business and Business to Consumer activity.
- Develop the policies and procedures for the marketing department.
- Business review meeting with key account customers.
- Ensure execution of display rentals via available merchandising team.
- Track, analyze and report on customer’s trend / behavior and competitors activity by brand through field visits and through timely report.
- Set target for the key accounts customers keeping in view last year sales, trend & current target by product category.
