Major milestones include: ● Fundraised seed capital via crowdfunding platform. ● Designed business plan, strategy for market entry, and all aspects of product lifecycle. ● Negotiate with vendors to procure fabric and trim, manage inventory, production, and all aspects of product lifecycle. ● Set up infrastructure for production, trained and hired 15 artisans and program manager. ● Secure retail partnerships in USA and Dubai for product sales.

San Francisco, CA Global Coordinator Elevate Ltd. is a global supply chain monitoring firm that services Fortune 500 apparel retailers. The company offers a menu of factory assessment and consulting services. Reporting to the Director of Operations & QA, my responsibilities included: ● Oversaw factory compliance assessment coordination during a 90 percent growth period. Coordinated over 30 client accounts representing 12 million dollars + in annual revenue. ● Managed all communications with clients, internal teams, and overseas vendors to confirm assessment schedule and costing. ● Designed and implemented process improvements in global operations: standardized pre-assessment factory communication, developed internal guidance and SOP's pertaining to coordination and contractor management, led effort to decentralize coordination function to offices in India and Southeast Asia, trained staff in associated responsibilities and tasks. ● Educated vendors and factories on brand expectations for compliance during scheduling process. ● Manage pre-payment invoicing process for all brands, vendors, and factories. ● Maintained pricing, scheduling, assessment, and factory related details in database to reflect accurate KPI's. ● Reviewed and edited factory assessment reports during final QA process, distributed to clients.
