I am trained as a line cook and as a cashier. I do the closing paperwork, inventory, rotating the walking, dropping the register funds, and making sure the drawers get counted down and all the money is dropped. I help train the new hires on food and on register. I do food prep, nightly cleaning, and closing of the store.

I learned basic register skills. Opening baking and food prep. I did inventory weekly and called for repairs on our machines. I was in charge of the nightly bank run as well as making sure all the money in the safe was accounted for. I helped train the new hires and made sure they had the basic knowledge to do what they needed. I was the main decorator for our special items.

We had daily inventory as well as making sure we had the material needed. I had to draw in customers and pitch the product. I had to successfully install the screen protectors and make sure the customer was happy. Daily cleaning had to be done and I improved my cash management skills.
