Responsible for communicating and executing Brand product strategies in partnership with Design, Merchandising, Inventory Management, Technical Design, and Fabric R&D.
Coordinate the activities of product development, sampling, and bulk execution which supports Design's vision while meeting or exceeding company financial goals.
A. Pre Production Development
*Manage multiple development pipeline calendars and checklists.
*Understand design’s aesthetic requirements and partner to ensure brand quality filters are met.
B. Product Management
*Confirm and validate all information regarding fabric, style, and order confirmation with Gap International Sourcing Teams (GIS).
*Communicate with GIS to understand production execution issues, resolving them in a timely manner. Work with the team to suggest options and determine the best course of action.
C. People and Relationship Management
*Create and maintain a cooperative team environment that promotes high performance standards and attainment of goals.
*Detail oriented with strong follow through with cross functional teams.
*Able to organize and prioritize multiple projects.
