  • Provided medical nutrition therapy to an average of 14 medical intensive care unit and general medicine patients daily and supervised the diet technician during a 4 week staff relief rotation
  • Provided enteral and parenteral nutrition prescriptions for patients requiring alternate feeding methods during GI surgery, neonatal ICU, critical care, staff relief, and enteral nutrition rotations
  • Participated in interdisciplinary work during patient rounds during specialty care rotations
