Amartey Nuno-Amarteifio is a former Business Development Officer, Financial Specialist, and Analyst, and was once the Assistant Vice President of Fifth Third Bank in Charlotte, North Carolina. During his nine years in the financial industry, Amartey Nuno-Amarteifio has been tasked with numerous duties, including creating Wachovia Bank loan program presentations to small businesses; acquiring and retaining banking customers; developing banking and commercial relationships; and training staff. Amartey Nuno-Amarteifio’s dedication to both the growth of his clients’ businesses and consistent client service have helped him build relationships with professional clients that have annual revenues ranging from $3 million to $25 million. While working as a Financial Specialist for Wachovia, Amartey Nuno-Amarteifio had success in maintaining 100 percent of the established production goals, as well as developing the business by 300 percent of these objectives. He also was integral in closing new commercial loans, and was a consistent presence in prospect calls for clients with up to $500 million in annual revenue. Most recently as CEO of Ramel International Group, Amartey Nuno-Amarteifio has been responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company and its subsidiaries. He also coordinates hotel accommodations for conference participants and tourists, plans vehicle rental services for international clients, and oversees the temporary staffing of receptionists and switchboard operators for the company’s banking institution customers. Amartey Nuno-Amarteifio is a graduate of Davidson College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and received the Government of Ghana Merit Scholarship and the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. He is a member of The Risk Management Association (RMA). In his professional career, Amartey Nuno-Amarteifio has been the recipient of many awards and recognitions, including outstanding professional acumen by Wachovia during its 2006 and 2007 banking awards presentation, and outstanding performance by the Affiliate Leadership Team in Charlotte in 2005.
