Ms. Meeker developed and managed the content of a Web site to support GSA’s Public Building Services (PBS). Working with other members of the company, she updated existing Web pages, as well as drafted and designed pages to keep the site up-to-date. Ms. Meeker conducted numerous interviews with staff to create information technology (IT) SOPs with MS® Visio® flowchart diagrams. Designing MS® PowerPoint® presentations for technical training courses on the use of Blackberry® mobile devices and Continuity of Operations (COOP) were some of her tasks. Ms. Meeker edited/revised an average of 20 aircraft ground support O&M manuals monthly for 21 clients, including Northwest Airlines (NWA), Boeing, the US Navy (USN), Turkish Airlines, and Scandinavian Airlines Systems (SAS). For example, she created an O&M manual for a modified stairway truck with a Ford chassis and large Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) for a US government contract worth $27M. Using her research skills, she researched new environmental policies relevant to the automobile industry. She translated technical and scientific manuals into everyday language. Ms. Meeker had direct reporting responsibility to Accounts Receivable, Sales, and Shipping/Receiving Departments by helping with administrative tasks.

Ms. Meeker edited softcopy electrical engineering and physics operations manuals for non-technical industrial, commercial, and residential customers. She documented extensive daily training sessions with e-Learning modules and collected information to provide MS® PowerPoint® presentations for technical training courses on electricity to new hires via Adobe® Captivate®. Ms. Meeker managed the content of the company’s Web site, which resulted in a more professional look.
