The Tampa Club
I worked two years for a private city club in Tampa.The club had banquets, a bar, and an ala carte fine dining room. I regularly worked all three areas. I was trained in the points of service, where to serve and clear from, how to properly set a table for service, and going above and beyond to ensure the happiness of my guests.I also worked in the bar frequently. The atmosphere was much more relaxed, I served cocktails and helped bar back. Saturdays I worked as a banquet server for weddings and other events. Casual or fine dining I can do both equally well.Customer service was the most important aspect of the job.
