  • Designed and executed the global go-to-market strategy for the organization to successfully launch net new products and services.
  • Customized the global launch process to extend existing products and services into new markets and geographies.
  • Designed and executed a company-wide product governance model to qualify the market, determine appropriate product fit and design the sales execution plan. Resulted in reprioritization of resources to products that provide maximum ROI.
  • Created a customer experience program to nurture early adopters and ensure these customers are early references for the solution.

Developed and implemented concept-to-completion marketing/business strategies that drove brand awareness and improved internal/external marketing communications across multichannel platforms.  Devised service/product offering launch through internal/external campaigns, drove research on industry trends and competitors, and collaborated with sales teams in selling and delivering solutions to critical client business challenges. Developed client events, workshops, seminars, and global CSR strategy initiatives that support corporate vision and growth. Supervised 3 employees globally.


  • Refined the positioning of overall Service Portfolio messages, campaigns, and initiatives in global offices throughout North America, Asia Pacific, Middle East and Europe:
  • Designed and delivered sales training programs, improving leadership and organizational effectiveness.

  • Created over 150 pieces of marketing collateral to represent all loan products for customers.

Assistant Director of Victim-Witness Unit


State government agency responsible for the prosecution of all felony cases within county jurisdiction.

Managed all interviews, and post-trial preparation for felony crimes against women and children units. Supervised volunteer program. Trained law enforcement officers in victim support, and crisis management. Spokesperson for District Attorney in community/civic engagements.  Wrote multiple grants for victim services programs. 


  • Executed trial/witness preparation that led to successful prosecution rate over a five year period with no acquittals.
  • Planned/executed volunteer training that lead to over 200 active community volunteers.
  • Successfully trained 1000+ law enforcement officers in victim crisis management that resulted in winning prosecutions.

I believe we learn so much about ourselves and can put life into perspective by listening and observing other cultures.My many travels include: Hong Kong, China, Italy, France, Monoco, Mexico, Costa Rica, Virgin Islands, Aruba, Barbados, and various cities in the US.


I enjoy collecting artwork, jewelry, and neat artifacts from the countries that I have traveled to. I needed four suitcases to get all my things back from my 2 week visit to China!


I have been told that I am "verbally affluent" by my peers and superiors over the years. I truly believe it is a gift to have the unique communication skills that I have. I am at ease with anyone! I have had the priviledge of working for a company that was home to many, many different cultures. I learned so much and will always treasure my time there.


Springtime in the South, you just cannot beat it! I love to take long drives up in the mountains and visit the many wonderful festivals and activities that happen in Georgia. The people are so friendly and make the BEST fudge and apple pie you have ever tasted!
