About Amanda Thurston

Amanda Thurston established The Lost Society Designs, primarily a jewelry design enterprise, in Ocala, Florida, in 2013. Since that time, she has acted as the company’s owner and chief executive officer as well as its chief artistic talent. Her areas of artistic expertise are diverse, ranging from canvas painting and sketch drawing to refurbishing chairs, tables, and lamps. She has further experience as a photographer and is capable of conducting fashion and newborn photo shoots or taking wedding pictures. Amanda Thurston is also a skilled designer of custom jewelry pieces, having worked with semi-precious stones as well as various metals and beads.

Prior to founding The Lost Society Designs, Mandy Thurston spent time as a sales associate at Her Kloset at Greiner’s of Ocala, where she improved the company’s social media presence along with her in-store duties. She also worked as a receptionist for Ocala’s Advanced Imaging and Family Care Specialists. When she is not working, Mandy Thurston enjoys honing her painting and drawing skills. She also likes to discover new music, though she is a fan of classic rock as well.
