Wilson High School Phase 2
Lighting designer for 50, 000 sf three story hospital addition including ED expansion and other specialty services. Overall campus improvements including storm management and campus parking. Coffman is providing full civil, structural, mechanical/plumbing, electrical and lighting design and consulting services. Her work included emergency lighting, patient care lighting, daylight controls and exterior site lighting. The project to be competed. Tacoma Washington Lighting designer for a new 34, 000 sf academic building, 3, 200 sf connecting corridor and 9, 800 sf music building. Replacement of(3) buildings on campus, renovation of(4) additional buildings. Illumination of the new soccer field. Her services provided the project exterior site lighting design, interior advanced lighting technologies to highlight architecture and visual interest and compliance of 2014 Washington Energy Code.

Bainbridge Island, Washington Lighting designer for a new neighborhood pool facility. New facility approximately 5, 400 sq. ft. with pedestrian pathways and playground areas. Provided site lighting and photometric calculations, concession and bar area features, and pool interior facility. Her design services complied with Illumination Engineering Society, Local ordinances design standards. Project to be complete.

Whidbey General Hospital Project, Whidbey Island
Washington Acute care addition to existing hospital and remodel of existing spaces. Project consists of a story-story 51, 000 sq. ft. addition with independent building remodel. Her services provide designing human centric lighting systems for the hospital. Designed a tunable, dimmable lighting design solution which supports and stabilizes the internal clock positively influencing patient recovery and well-being. Project coordination for LEED certification and Energy usage shall comply with the requirement of the Washington State Energy Code, utilizing the resources and incentives with Puget Sound Energy. Project is to be complete. Jefferson Healthcare, ESS Building, Port Townsend, Washington(2015) Lighting designer for 50, 000 sf three story hospital addition including ED expansion and other specialty services. Harrison Medical Center, Medical Office Building
Bainbridge Island, WA Lighting Designer for a new two-story, 17, 400 SF medical facility with exam rooms, laboratories, offices, conference rooms, x-ray rooms, treatment rooms, urgent care stations, lounges, exterior landscaping, and parking. Lighting systems included the latest in LED technologies, T8 lamps with energy-efficient fluorescent fixtures, and electronic ballasts. The lighting concept in the public spaces included creatively highlighting the architectural features with vertical illumination and decorative fixtures in the lobby and other public spaces. Building 40-27 New Manufacturing Building, Everett, WA Electrical engineering for constructing a new factory and office building south and adjacent to the 40-37 building at the east end of the main assembly building. Provided a lighting design in accordance with Illuminating Engineering Society(IES) standards and the Boeing electrical engineering design standards. The lighting was designed to comply with the Washington State Energy Code. Building Site Utilities, Everett, WA(project 451-1403) Electrical engineering for constructing a Boeing 777x Composite Wing Center(CWC). Electrical scope included site lighting plans and calculations in accordance with Illuminating Engineering Society(IES) standards..
