Managing 50+ members: Making sure rent and fees are collected and paid accordingly. Financial systems are run and in place. Being a mediator for disputes between members, maintaining personal relationships with individuals, and helping them achieve personal goals.
Planning and organizing events: for hundreds of people. Finding caterers, entertainers, bands, and speakers. Planning activities, managing logistics, and budgeting accordingly. Advertising for events through social media, flyers, and networking.
Creating and maintaining sponsorship opportunities: with companies like Dos Equis, Tullamore Dew, Juiceland, Jameson Whiskey, and IBM.
Website Management: Keeping the company website up to date and creating new content. Managing member bios and event calendar.
Leasing Offices: Creating ads from the ground up, including taking and editing pictures, copywriting, and posting them regularly on different platforms. Fielding calls from potential customers, answering emails, and giving tours of the space to create upwards of $8000 monthly reoccurring income.
Business Management: Ensuring bills are paid in time, food and goods are consistently stocked. Managing social media outlets including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Creating legal contracts for members, space rental, and special events. Ensuring financials are up-to-date and generally managed.
