Managing 50+ members: Making sure rent and fees are collected and paid accordingly. Financial systems are run and in place. Being a mediator for disputes between members, maintaining personal relationships with individuals, and helping them achieve personal goals.
Event Planning and Hosting: for upwards of thousands of people at a time as well as more intimate experiences. Finding caterers, entertainers, bands, and speakers. Planning activities, managing logistics, and budgeting accordingly. Advertising for events through social media, flyers, and networking.
Creating and maintaining sponsorship opportunities: with companies like Dos Equis, Tullamore Dew, Juiceland, Jameson Whiskey, and IBM.
Social Media/Brand Management: Keeping the company website and all social media outlets up to date and on par with the brand (including Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, Yelp, Reddit, . Managing member bios and event calendar.
Leasing Offices: Creating ads from the ground up, including taking and editing pictures, copywriting, and posting them regularly on different platforms. Fielding calls from potential customers, answering emails, and giving tours of the space to create upwards of $10k monthly reoccurring income.
Business Management: Ensuring bills are paid in time, food and goods are consistently stocked. Creating legal contracts for members, space rental, and special events. Ensuring financials are up-to-date and generally managed.
