- b) Making Monthly Sales Plan for all Retail locations.
- c) Planning Sales Offer, Tie Ups and Promotions.
- d) Launching New Products in Retail Showrooms.
- e) Planning and implementing to liquidate Slow Moving Products through tie ups and focus sales.
- f) Making sure all locations are having required stock and no location is out of stock of fast moving
- g) Taking care of sales staff vacation and weekly offs.
- h) Planning for Exhibition with manpower and sales plan.
- i) Training new joiners in sales.
- j) Making Sales Report and inventory Report.
- k) Making projections for forthcoming year.
