  • Give new ideas that could help in issuing the necessary promotions in order to push the hotel sales situation.

 Follow up the new potential markets, enhance the dominated markets.

 Monitoring the sales process by following the tour operator’s strategies and promotions.

 Uploading all the rate codes in Opera system before each season.

 updating the short information for each rate code every season according to both of contracts and last Minute promotions.

 Follow up on lost business and bring information about them to the knowledge of the department superiors.

 Keep close follow up on developments of the competitor hotels (occupancy, renovation, special campaigns, there events etc.).

On daily basis in contact with the yield management to handle the new promotions and any yield action should be taken according to the situation & occupancy, as well with the sales office   to revise the comments of the new contracts, daily contact with e-commerce DEPT in order to handle all third parties business, I have very close contact with all travel agents regarding contracts and operations. Control the room types & occupancy, control the stop sale & open sale & the release period.
