Elevated to a director level role leading business development in Western Canada liaising with strategic alliances. Responsible for P/L and a shared Canadian sales quota of $60 million. Overseeing 21 direct reports. Reporting to the GM of Professional Services Canada.

  • Reconfigured the professional services division and streamlined sales and delivery management processes in Western Canada creating the highest utilized team in North America.
  • Salvaged an under-performing team by incorporating development and training programs. Majority of team members received certifications while exceeding utilization targets by 10%, 18%, 20%, and 22%.
  • Took on a dissatisfied account ready to terminate services. Collaborated with executives at both organizations and through driving consensus, teamwork and negotiations played a leadership role in closing a $21 million services deal.
