Managing the white rice category which includes: Punjabi Al-Muhaidib, Al Aila brand, Al-Mudyaf.

Tasks as follow:

  • Setting the yearly plans to meet the overall company objectives by setting the details of:
  • ATL/BTL plan 
  • customer promotions/relations
  • Incentive plans for internal promoters/salesmen
  • Planning /allocating/monitoring  of brands budget
  • weekly meetings with most departments to ensure proper collaboration
  • managing both media and creative agencies relation to assess and set forward action required to meet the quarterly objectives

Achievements:

  • Launching two 360 campaigns for Punjabi Al-Muhaidib gaining 10% share points of the first and 50% SOM maintenance for the second in a declining situation
  • Successful brand extension launch of Punjabi Al-Muhaidib "classic" after thorough market study to cease the threat of new comers and creation of new sub category
