• Managed 200+ student-run Clubs, 21 student-run Services, relations with Independent Student Groups and a dozen staff • Directed functioning of multi-million-dollar corporation and participated in high-level strategizing and negotiations as member of six-person executive team • Resolved conflicts and oversaw renovation and maintenance projects • Designed new staff/committee workflows incorporating sustainability policy objectives • Actively served on internal and external committees, including the Vision 2020 Steering Committee and CKUT Board of Directors • Completely rewrote all policies for student groups, passed through the Board • Initiated and designed long-term custom software project for student group management
