Leadership of two business units. Responsible for both divisions achieving the company's annual sales and profitability plan. Manage company revenue and profitability through product strategies, effective balance sheet analysis, anticipating market trends, developing and executing sales plans through a team of sales directors, regional managers, product managers, manufacturer representatives and customer service personnel.
