    • Reorganized Mexico sales force and marketing teams, eliminating weak performers and improving process for product management and overall profitability.
    • Improved forecasting process and eliminated $2M excess warehouse inventory.
    • Streamlined P&L with focus on increasing operating profit by 2%.
    • Increased Latin America revenues in all 3 years through increased distribution with improved country and key account focus.
  • Global Commercial 
    • Launched complete new line of Blender products in 2006.  Increased High Performance blender sales 44% in 2008 in spite of challenging and adverse market conditions.  Shaver Blender sales increased 20%.
    • Launched new European warehouse - increased 08 revenues 15%.
