My job involves:

  • Working with the Chief Technology officer. Will be required to work on the tasks as presented by the CTO or other company official.
  •  Helping design and maintain software applications.
  •  Speaking with customers to gather user requests for different features to improve speed, performance and usability.
  • Conducting system tests, troubleshoot customer issues and correct software defects.
  • Creating customer software manuals and project documentation, and developing prototypes for new software technologies.
  • Modifying existing software to correct errors, allow it to adapt to new hardware, or to improve its performance.
  • Analyzing user needs and software requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.
  • Coordinating software system installation and monitor equipment functioning to ensure specifications are met.
  • Designing, developing and modifying software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.
  • Reviewing and repairing legacy code.
  • Expected to conduct system analysis and development, with limited support from professional staff, to keep ISTAYCONNECTED's systems current with changing technologies.
  • Maintaining client databases Capable of writing proposals or papers.
  • Making presentations to customer or client audiences or professional peers.
  • Maintaining positive client interactions.
  • Researching and recommending software tools to management.
  • Providing assistance to testers and supporting personnel as needed to determine system problems.
