Customer Service Associate

Walgreens

While working at Walgreens I learned the essentials of working at a store. I learned how to stock, face, interact with customers, how to deal with theft and high stress situations. I learned how to properly use a register. I had to perform certain tasks, in a given amount of time, while watching the register and assisting customers. Unrelated to what I did, working here allowed me to increase my customer service skills. I also received a lot of positive notes from customers, due to my excellent customer service. Due to my persistent inquires of moving up in the Walgreens company, I have received training to become a shift leader. I scanned outs, I ordered inventory, I completed resets, I scanned new orders into the system, and many other things, but most importantly demonstrate excellent leadership.
