- Build positive client relationships by establishing efficient, effective and pro-active client communication
- Trouble-shoot and implement conflict resolution tactics on all client projects.
- Ensure overall account profitability through regular and proactive project management and comprehensive project reports.
- Provide value-added strategic thinking to client projects and business problems.
- Lead agency departments in pulling together project quotations and time plans.
- Develop and present creative or strategic briefs to relevant internal and client teams.
- Participate in the development of communications strategies and marketing plans.
- Prepare month-end overviews of client’s current activities, revenue forecasts, and business development recommendations.
