  • From June 2008 - April 2012 worked in customer service
  • From May 2012 – present, working in the Impress department.
I help customers solve problems to their design projects by engaging them with professionalism and friendliness, discovering both what their project is and the problems they have concerning the project,solving their problems by suggesting ideas that would make their project better, and delighting them with the overall service.

Tasks include printing, copying, laminating, padding, cutting, and binding documents. Also, helping customers with graphic design layouts, by utilizing Adobe CS4 and Desktop Publisher software, helping customers on Design Center Kiosk, and with self-serve copiers. Other tasks included maintaining copy center by performing various tasks such as inputting daily sales numbers, cleaning work area, stocking copy machines with paper and other accessories and maintaining their cleanliness,restocking other supplies as needed, checking daily customer e-mails, and acting as cashier to complete customer transactions

Making poster size designs of past alumni from years 1967-present

  • Tasks included scanning photos of alumni from each year, augmenting photos by cropping and retouching where damaged, placing photos on template for poster, typing names under each photo
  • Utilized Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator 
  • Each year I make these posters for new Alumni students
