Conducting research on human rights violations in Eurasia countries (Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan etc.), writing country reports on the human rights landscape regarding civil and political rights (national legislation in its conformity to international standards, enforcement of the law, groups under discrimination etc.) and the situation for human rights defenders. Assisting programme officers in implementing country programmes, organizing events such as trainings for human rights defenders from developing countries and those in risk. Maintaining contacts with international partner human rights organizations; providing translation work.

Supervised several cases of asylum-seekers from Syria (political persecution), Iraq (political, religious, ethnic persecution), Afghanistan (female refugees flying Taliban), Jordan (religious persecution). Conducted interviews with asylum-seekers, provided legal support with applications to the Migration Service of Ukraine and further court litigations, assessed cases` merits regarding refugee status determination process. Carried out extensive researches on country of origin information and prepared several reports on human rights situations in Iraq (persecutions of  Sunnis), Syria (persecutions of Kurds, activities of diverse rebels groups), and a report on the Ukrainian legislation and its observance on statelessness.
