Sino-European Cultural Summit, 14th - 16th November 2008
  • Facilitated the Sino-European Cultural Summit held joint organised by the K T Wong Foundation and Pheonix TV, at Ditchley Park, Oxfordshire from the 14th - 16th November 2008.
  • Managed and translated the conference materials in English and Chinese for senior representatives of the performing art world from China, Europe and the US.
  • Facilitated the workshop discussions focused on mutual interest in both China and Europe's performing arts as well as increasing collaboration between institutions.
  • Performed in the 'King Arthur' play, with distinguished conductor Mr Laurence Cummings, on interpreting the semi-opera in Chinese

Semele Opera, Theatre Royal de La Monnaie / de Munt, September 2009

  • Acted as the principle translator for all the written proposals to key advisory stakeholders for the upcoming new production of Handel's Semele, designed and director by leading Chinese contemporary artist Zhang Huan.

  • Executive producer for "Past Present Future", a multi-screen video installation created by London-based artist Rosey Chan in collaboration with the UK artist/filmmake Mike Figgis. 
  • Managed the live performance of 'Along Together", a video installation and piano performance at the ART HK VIP Vernissage with over hundreds of attendees, and an intimate live performance at Kee Club, an exclusive members club in Hong Kong

  • Liaised with the Art Fair PR agency Impact Asia (Hong Kong) and JB Pelham PR (London) on key editorial coverage for the Fair
  • Responsible for securing the media partner contract with the Modern Media Group, three magazines with major distributions in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing

  • Organised a delegation of 28 Chinese officials from Beijing Municipal Government in London and Liverpool for the Cheung Kong Design Research Centre, Beijing and Hong Kong in collaboration with the Young Foundation, London and Liverpool City Council.

Shantou Dialogues November 2007

  • Put together a profile of potential keynote speakers and all conference participants from Europe and North America for the 2nd annual conference 'Shantou Dialogues' on Sustainable Development of Energy, Water and Green Urban Development held in southeast China.
  • Responsible for producing bilingual workshop proposals on energy, water and urban planning during the conference.
  • Liased directly with media, Financial Times (Asia), and international PR, Colman Getty, to promote the conference aims and achievements.

  • Planned and organised the first China Art Conference on behalf of the China Art Foundation at Ditchley Park, Oxfordshire from the 10th-12th October 2008,
  • Managed the logistics for senior representatives of the art world from China, Europe and the US present,
  • Facilitated the workshop discussions focused on developing a wider understanding between the cultures of Chinese and Western art, mutual support between museums and galleries and the wider effects of globalisation.
