- Document management, including file management and mail handling.
- Data entry and database / file maintenance.
- Invoicing and payment processing.
- Diary and calendar management and travel bookings.
- Copywriting, proofreading, and editing a variety of documents, including Austroads reports, media releases, letters, workshop materials, etc.
- Event support tasks, such as:
-Processing event registrations.
-Preparation of event materials (name badges, certificates, etc.).
-Processing and distributing attendee feedback results.
- OHS staff representative and First Aid officer.
- Technical Secretary for the Low Volume Roads Symposium 2013:
-Project coordination.
-Liaising with authors, reviewers, invited speakers, invited guests, and members of the technical committee and the conference committee.
-Travel bookings.
-Minute taking and writing.
-Session timetabling.
- Symposium website content and maintenance.
-Managing calls for abstracts/papers, submissions of abstracts/papers, and arranging peer reviews.
-Processing and distributing attendee feedback results.
