Handling & Maintaining Obsolete procedures of SOP's with excel entries. Preparing & approval of forms/specifications/Analytical method & COA for the organization. Maintaining its records in the excel sheet. Handling of complaints, entry in register & excel sheet. Handling of Change Control Procedures, its movement, tracking with updating Excel Sheet. Handling with NCR, its CAPA and closure. Handling with Planned Deviation & Unplanned Deviation. Handling with BOM(Bill of Material), for material code revise and correction in SAP & its distribution. Updating and maintaining excel sheets for CCP, NCR, PD, UD & BOM. Issuance of Master BR to Production with updated register. Proper filling system for the master BR in serial. Maintaining BMR movements till final release & Updating in the system. Maintain BMR till shelf life in the Archival & Updating in the system. Destruction procedure of BMR and records. Handling & maintaining files for ISO & other audits related documents. To enter department time schedule & preparing Over Time sheet. Maintain register for permissions/sick leave & annual leave for inter department. Preparing Purchase requisitions for office supplies in SAP system. Preparing purchase requisitions for external services in SAP system. Basic knowledge of SAP(Purchase Requisition, G.R. & COA's). Familiar with SPICA time system.
