As a summary, I would like to give you an overview about my studies and experience. My current focus is as Business Support Management in ADSIC with Abu Dhabi Government Contact Center department, which my current job is suitable for my Bachelor & Master degree and my experience as described below.
Currently I work for Abu Dhabi Systems & Information Center as Contact Center Business Support Analyst, where I am focusing in managing communication plans and process related to the Project Management aspects in relation to my Master degree studies. Before my current job, I joined Al Taif Company on 30th of June 2013 and have been working in Human Resource Department, Training and Performance Section for about one year and seven months. Since then my position was Specialist Performance Management and handling the tasks of the Assistant Training Manager as training plan, training budget, IDP, Performance Appraisal, Weekly & monthly reports, and managing the daily takes and workflow.
My previous experience includes working with Tawazun Holding Company from August 2008 until June 2013 (about 5 year’s total experience). I was working in Human Resource Department with the Recruitment Team and Employee Relations while supporting other sections with their daily tasks.
As I graduated from Higher College of Technology last year 2014 (end of the year) with a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Science in Business Administration (Human Resources), my GPA is 3.14. I obtained my Bachelor Degree benefit my interpersonal skills and overall knowledge, which I noticed during my work with Al Taif Human Resource Department & ADSIC Government Shared Services Department. In addition, I just recently finished my Master Degree in Business Administration concentrating in Project Management as I'm graduating on August 2017 with GPA of 3.2.
I obtain a high level of responsibility as handling my tasks with full responsibility and minimum supervision. I contain high attitude towards my work and my performance on my responsibilities. My interpersonal and communication skills have allowed me to develop strong working relationships with both our clients and my staff.
I possesses a very good writing skills which have enabled me to compose Training correspondence and emails. I have an analytical skill that diagnose problems and devise viable solutions. My ability to remain calm during stressful periods like the end of the year proves also my ability to work well under pressure.
