For nearly 15 years, Alfred Walendowski has successfully served as an attorney at a thriving law practice in Melville, New York. A respected attorney, Alfred Walendowski aggressively represents his clients’ interests in a wide range of cases, primarily revolving around commercial litigation, transactional law, and pivotal negotiations surrounding large-scale real estate projects. An attorney who focuses on property transactions, Alfred Walendowski has adroitly closed more than 1,000 property transactions, including major commercial contracts that exceeded $30 million. As an attorney, Mr. Walendowski handles cases with a hybrid mixture of several disparate financing sources, ranging from equity and debt to a very sophisticated form of funding known as mezzanine financing. Since founding his law firm in 1997, Alfred Walendowski has been handling a burgeoning caseload in his role as an attorney. He works on an increasing number of foreclosure-related issues. Recently, a client retained Alfred Walendowski as an attorney after her lender obtained a foreclosure judgment and set a date to put her home on the market in September 2010. Within just three days, Mr. Walendowski obtained an order from the Supreme Court of the State of New York, Nassau County, thereby prohibiting the bank from selling the home and as a result holding all foreclosure proceedings in abeyance. In his role as an attorney, Mr. Walendowski was also able to force his client’s lender to appear in court for the purpose of determining whether she qualified for an adjustment of her mortgage note. Due to the attorney’s efforts, the client was able to continue living in her home. Prior to becoming an attorney, Alfred Walendowski acquired a Bachelor of Arts from Ithaca College, where he completed a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science in less than three years. Immediately thereafter, Mr. Walendowski graduated from Brooklyn Law School with a Juris Doctor in June 1996. After passing the bar examination and gaining admission to the New York State Bar Association, Mr. Walendowski started his own law office and began representing individuals and corporations as an attorney.
