  • Led the design and execution of a multi state expansion strategy for a financial services company and its three subsidiaries. Opened six facilities in four states in three years.   • Led a tri-state insurance company in the creation and execution of a new business & IT strategy to consolidate costs, maximize efficiencies and increase competitive positioning. Re-established a unified company vision in partnership with the executive team. Eliminated two under performing facilities saving $2M per year. Introduced a hosted SaaS model and leveraged ERP applications enabling a 20% increase in new client on-boarding in the first 180 days. Refocused product and services line.

  • Led international clinical research organization (CRO) in the development and execution of an IT & Operations strategy with a focus on cost containment and competitive positioning. Initiated a freeze on all global asset lease purchases, partnered with CFO to perform cost/spend analysis and ZBB budgeting. Introduced global sourcing model and new global technology vendor capable of providing SLA driven support and services globally. Staffed three critical positions significantly improving billable hour’s accuracy and top line growth. Restructured the AR/AP and financial reporting, improved resource allocation and billing consistency. Decreased project life cycle by 40% and increased new client acquisition by 35% in less than eight months.
