Recruitment Consultant 

As a recruitment consultant I was responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to temporary or permanent positions with client companies. I worked with client companies, built relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.

I attracted candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a wide range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals. I did screening of candidates, interviewed them, did background checks and finally matched them to our clients. I also provided advice to both clients and candidates on salary levels, training requirements and career opportunities.

This happened for Belgium clients and international candidates, mostly Romanian candidates.
