B.B. King's Blues Club Memphis

Located in the heart of Downtown Memphis, this gigantic, fast-paced, live music venue demanded great service, southern hospitality, and high-speed cocktail creation. My primary responsibility was to mix and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages, including frozen drinks and specialty cocktails/shooters, for my own bar patrons at one of our 3 bars, and to provide drinks for the service well.

Balans Restaurant Miami Beach

At this high-volume, fast-paced English/International restaurant on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, my primary responsibilities were to take guests' food & beverage orders while maintaining an outstanding level of customer service; maintaining complete knowledge of menu items, full wine presentation, suggestive sales, and Aloha POS.

My secondary responsibility was to mix and serve alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages, including frozen drinks, for my own bar patrons and to provide drinks for the service bar; aiding in counting, receiving and maintaining inventory and overall hygiene of the bar area.

My primary responsibilities at this high-volume nightclub in Wynwood, Miami were that of a Bottle Service Girl. I made table reservations and established steady clientele through excellent customer service. I arranged for the tables to be set according to type/brand of alcohol (upselling), number of guests and any other requests; acting as a hostess ensuring the tables were well-attended and more than satisfied with their experience.

Dal Toro Ristorante at the Palazzo Hotel, Las Vegas

At this upscale Italian restaurant/exotic car showroom located in the Palazzo Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, my primary duties were that of an outside bartender/hostess. I guided guests entering the restaurant from the Las Vegas strip into the appropriate seating using OpenTable and took and maintained all reservations for the venue.

I was also responsible for making, selling and luring guests into buying beer, frozen drinks and simple cocktails which came in a variety of sizes at different price points.
