An executive with a diverse professional history, Alexander Vasileski serves as the Vice President of Business Development with the international custom tailor Haj Designs. In this position, he leads projects designed to bolster the firm’s service offerings and analyzes business processes to maximize productivity. He is also working on creating new offerings from the company that focus on image consulting, nutrition, and fitness. Dr. Alexander Vasileski’s other responsibilities include producing special events to raise the firm’s profile and developing business-to-business sales opportunities and alliances. Before taking on his role at Haj Designs, Alexander Vasileski worked at KPMG LLP, the global audit, tax, and advisory firm. As a consultant for People and Change, Mr. Vasileski provided services pertaining to change management, organizational development, and talent management. His duties included writing white papers and presenting information to executives about change management in the firm, as well as leading teams, developing surveys, and other tasks. Passionate about fitness, Dr. Alexander Vasileski served for four years as a Personal Trainer at Bally Total Fitness. Certified by the International Sports Sciences Association, he achieved national recognition in the company for retaining 95 percent of his client base. After receiving the company’s Top Sales Award in 2009, Mr. Vasileski earned a spot on the staff of the top grossing club in the nation in 2010. As a Lead Sales Trainer, he achieved 40 percent growth per month for 14 straight months. In 2008, Alexander Vasileski took fourth place in the Men’s Novice Light Heavyweight Division of the NGA Heart of America Bodybuilding, Fitness & Figure Championships. Alexander Vasileski recently founded his own fitness company, A Mind and Body Total Fitness, Inc. Focused on a well-rounded approach to health and wellness, the company offers fresh produce delivery to clients in Chicago. Each nutrition program is tailored to the needs of individual clients. Alexander Vasileski also founded a free clinic in Macedonia to provide health and wellness services to the population. Still an avid bodybuilder and fitness and nutrition enthusiast, Alexander Vasileski also takes time to support charities that protect and nurture children, including One Hope United and Communities in Schools. He backs the Chicago, Illinois-based South Shore Drill Team, an organization that exposes inner-city young people to the performing arts with the goal of keeping them safe from drugs, gangs, and violence.
