About Alexander Pobedinsky

Alexander Pobedinsky, a Syracuse attorney, has over twenty years of legal experience. From 1997 until 2016, he served as corporate secretary and general counsel of Coyne International Enterprises Corp., and additionally as vice president from 2000 until 2016. Alexander Pobedinsky was responsible for addressing all legal issues, corporate finance and risk management for the company, which provided uniform and facility services for a 30,000-account customer base that included Fortune 500 companies.

Alex Pobedinsky holds a BA in Russian language and literature from Arizona State University and an MA in Slavic languages and literature from Syracuse University. He earned his JD from the Syracuse University College of Law, graduating magna cum laude.

Prior to serving as general counsel of Coyne International Enterprises Corp., Alex Pobedinsky was a partner at O’Hara, Hanlon, Knych, & Pobedinsky. He has considerable experience in business advisory, corporate restructuring, labor and employment matters, and has been a member of the State Bar of New York since 1992.
