Summary

As a versatile and driven project manager who thrives on being the heartbeat of projects, i have a passion for delivering innovative solutions that go above and beyond expectations, whilst remaining on-time and on-budget. I'm experienced in planning and managing large scale international projects throughout their entire life cycle, and directing multiple internal and external teams across different time zones. This has been for both complex technical integration's and user experience lead solutions, for clients across a variety of industries. 

After receiving two agency awards within my current role,  i am now looking to secure a position where i can work with a team that aspires to be and deliver the very best in digital.

Junior Project Manager

  • Responsible for planning and managing projects throughout all phases of their life cycle, while utilising various project management methodologies such as Waterfall, PRINCE2, Scrum and Kanban.  
  • Experience of leading complex technical integration projects, as well as user experience and design focused projects. 
  • Managed multiple large internal and external teams, including stakeholders and 3rd parties based internationally. 
  • Handled portfolio of projects with a collective budget of up to £800K, and individual budgets of up to £400K.
  • Delivered Sainsbury's introduce a friend campaign on-time and within re-base-lined budget, following significant external delays and issues. 
  • Received Rising Star award for 2013/2014.
  • As a result, i was then assigned as the project manager for the two largest single projects at the agency, for the two newest clients.

  • Acted as primary post-project communication point for all clients, identifying and resolving any support issues to a high level of customer satisfaction, and within all service level agreements.
  • Assisted with resource scheduling for the development studio, to allow the efficient utilization of available resources across the business.
  • Received Outstanding Contribution award for Q1 2013/2014
  • Proceeded to then manage several internal projects and complete PRINCE2 foundation training, before delivering 1st client project for Cavendish Nuclear.

  • Setup new corporate accounts and promotional events, with both EDF and the Fire Service.
  • Surpassed personal targets and KPI's by over 115% for 7 months in a row.
  • Completed full IT systems installation for new department offices.

Project Experience

International Traveller Hub - Travel Industry

  • Establishment of a new central hub for customers from all international divisions, with the aim of significantly increasing online sales and becoming an essential tool for travellers.
  • This experience also extends to mobile applications for iOS and Android. 
  • Multiple user experience and design approaches have been taken for each separate international division previously. To unify all of these together, and ensure that an innovative user experience is delivered whilst remaining within brand guidelines, a full user experience design process has been undertaken including extensive wire framing, rapid prototyping, persona creation, and creative concepts.
  • This project has required close engagement with both international client teams, and independent 3rd parties based off shore.

Multi-lingual Customer Portal - Automotive Industry

  • Creation of a new international platform for customers, with the objective of enabling a full end to end localised customer experience when purchasing a vehicle, and increasing both brand loyalty and engagement.
  • This solution required significant flexibility, to allow full integration with a range of external systems that are continually developing.
  • Multiple internal and external teams required close coordination across time zones, particularly to facilitate efficient integration testing.

Ourscreen Times+ Campaign

  • Launch of a new marketing campaign to allow Times+ members free tickets to selected screenings.
  • This required significant additions to the underlying site logic, and the sites Umbraco CMS system.
  • The additions were delivered within a minimal budget, and a timeline of 2 weeks. 
  • All screenings were filled, creating a successful platform for future marketing campaigns on Ourscreen.

Sainsbury's Introduce a Friend

  • Development of a platform to allow Sainsbury’s staff to introduce friends and family to online shopping, in exchange for vouchers.
  • This required a secure end to end solution spanning multiple networks to be designed and implemented, to allow the transmission of confidential data.
  • This solution was compliant with strict security processes, and required extensive penetration testing on the application and infrastructure.
  • To achieve it's implementation multiple client stakeholders and teams required coordinating, alongside independent 3rd parties responsible for both infrastructure and creative design.
  • This platform has succeeded in becoming one of Sainsbury's most cost effective ways of acquiring new customers.

Cavendish Nuclear

  • Delivery of a new branded micro-site, within a minimal budget and immovable deadline.
  • This was achieved and the site launched with functionality above specification, exceeding the clients expectations.
