Develop and lead a high-performing team of 3 vendor managers, set the category strategy to drive profitable growth, establish and maintain strong vendor partnerships, develop pricing and promotion strategy, build relevant assortments by product group, and manage the Home category's P&L across Woot.com and Amazon.com platforms. Generate and implement big ideas to drive business improvements, innovation and scale across the Retail business that will benefit all customers at Woot and Amazon.
