I am a qualified Italian chef who graduated from 'Scuola Alberghiera di Udine' in Italy after 5 years of intensive training. Having worked around Europe and spent some time in Japan I have developed international and diverse skills in various cuisines ranging from Italian, French, Sushi, Spanish, Asian and English. Over the last few years I have worked in two 2 star Michelin restaurants, Grand hotel in Lake of Garda, Italy and Hambleton Hall, UK as well as working in the well recognised restaurant Nobu. In 2012 I participated in the TV series Masterchef 'The Professionals' UK reaching the semifinals. Combined with my experience on yachts I am able to prepare varied styles and cuisines using the freshest and finest ingredients with a great knowledge and understanding of specific dietary requirements whilst still providing a high quality culinary experience.
